- Is your property in joint names? This may have a bearing on how we prepare your Will. Do you have a mortgage?
- Who are your intended beneficiaries? (Mirror Wills usually leave everything to the surviving spouse/partner, then to any children in equal shares.) This is entirely your decision.
- Names and addresses of your executors – the people responsible for carrying out your wishes – usually two persons but can be up to four if you wish.
